Senior Staff Application

Welcome to the BruinMUN Senior Staff application. This year, BruinMUN will tentatively take place November 9th-10th and will have 26 committees between GA, ECOSOC, Specialized Bodies, and Crisis. There are five position types between Logistics and Committee Staff: a Conference Experience Coordinator, an Acquisition Specialist, a Master of Ceremonies, 26 Chairs, and 6 Crisis Directors. Available Positions:

LOGISTICS SENIOR STAFF

  • Conference Experience Coordinator 

    • Description: Helps review and prepare Conference Rooms, helps at the registration desk, takes photos and manages the social media during BruinMUN, makes sure rooms are accessible and conducive to equitable debate

    • Owning a camera is preferred

  • Acquisition Specialist 

    • Description: Helps acquire and organize conference materials (placards, credentials, food, etc.), helps with printing Awards, mans the merch desk with the DG to sell candygrams and merch, and helps with making sustainability guides

  • Master of Ceremonies

    • Manages opening and end ceremonies planning and operation, responsible for helping find a keynote speaker, hosts various skill workshops during BruinMUN, and works on the Opening and Closing videos

COMMITTEE SENIOR STAFF

  • Chair

    • Facilitate committee by upholding ROP, keeping time, and grading caucuses 

    • Dais staff experience required 

  • Crisis Director 

    • Coordinate updates by synthesizing committee and personal directives to create an arc for committee

    • Crisis staff experience required
